【摘要】 目的：探讨护理干预在慢性胃炎治疗中的应用效果。方法：选取2010年1月-2014年6月本院收治的70例慢性胃炎患者，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，两组均给予对症支持治疗，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用整体护理干预，分析两组的治疗效果及护理满意度。结果：对照组总有效率80%，观察组为97.1%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组护理后满意度为85.7%，观察组为97.1%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：护理干预可明显改善护患关系，提高临床治疗效果及护理服务满意度，值得临床推广应用。
