【摘要】 小儿脑转移瘤较少见，总体发病率相当低，患者总体预后较差，多见于白血病、淋巴瘤、尤文肉瘤等。关于其他一些罕见脑转移瘤报道较少，如恶性生殖细胞瘤、黑色素瘤、肾恶性杆状细胞瘤等。本文综述国内外关于小儿少见脑转移瘤的诊断、治疗及预后的研究进展。
