【摘要】 成骨细胞和脂肪细胞共同来源于骨髓基质干细胞，在一定条件下两者可以相互转化。骨细胞是由嵌入骨基质的成骨细胞分化而来，但在研究骨细胞功能时发现骨细胞有去分化为成骨细胞的趋势。本文结合最新研究，简要介绍成骨细胞、骨细胞和脂肪细胞与它们关键性基因的相关性，着重叙述成骨细胞向脂肪细胞横向分化及可能机制，同时叙述了成骨细胞向骨细胞分化相关研究，供同行参考、借鉴。
