【摘要】 目的：探讨社区管理下心房颤动患者的依从性，为心房颤动社区管理规范化方案的制定提供依据。方法：随机选择2个地理上相隔的较远的社区，纳入心房颤动患者220例，分为试验组(109例)与对照组(111例)，试验组采取预先制定的心房颤动社区管理方案进行管理，对照组采取常规诊疗方案。随访期限至少12个月，比较两组患者依从性。结果：经过12个月的随访，试验组与对照组比较，药物治疗依从性及生活方式改善依从性差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：实施心房颤动社区管理方案，能够提高心房颤动患者依从性。

    【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the compliance of atrial fibrillation patients under community management plan， provide the basis for the development of atrial fibrillation community standardized management scheme.Method：Two communities with far geographically distance of 220 AF patients were randomly selected and divided into the experimental group of 109 cases and control group of 110 cases.A standardized management plan was implemented in experimental group.Conventional treatment was conducted in control group.
