瑞舒伐他汀、阿托伐他汀联合规律运动对冠心病的治疗价值(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨瑞舒伐他汀、阿托伐他汀联合规律运动对冠心病的治疗价值。方法：选取冠心病患者180例，随机数字表法分为瑞舒伐他汀组和阿托伐他汀组，各90例，两组均联合规律运动，比较两组患者治疗总有效率、治疗前后血脂血压水平、baPWV水平及不良反应发生率情况。结果：瑞舒伐他汀组治疗总有效率为96.7%，阿托伐他汀组为87.8%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组治疗前血脂水平变化比较无明显差异，瑞舒伐他汀组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C明显低于阿托伐他汀组，HDL-C明显高于阿托伐他汀组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)；两组治疗前baPWV水平比较无明显差异，两组治疗后baPWV水平较基线值均有显著下降，且瑞舒伐他汀组治疗后baPWV水平明显低于阿托伐他汀组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)；瑞舒伐他汀组治疗后不良反应发生率为17.8%，阿托伐他汀组为31.1%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：瑞舒伐他汀联合规律运动治疗冠心病疗效显著，能明显减少心血管事件的发生，改善患者动脉僵硬度。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the value of rosuvastatin，atorvastatin combined with regular exercise therapeutic for coronary heart disease.Method：180 patients with coronary heart disease were selected，and randomly divided into rosuvastatin group and atorvastatin group，90 cases in each group，the rosuvastatin group was given rosuvastatin for treatment，and the atorvastatin group was given atorvastatin for treatment，two groups were combined with regular exercise，the total efficiency，blood pressure，lipid levels，baPWV levels and incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared.Result：The total effective rate of rosuvastatin group was 96.7%，and that of the atorvastatin group was 87.8%，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Lipid levels between the two groups before treatment had no significant changes，TC，TG，LDL-C of the rosuvastatin group was significant lower than that of the atorvastatin group after treatment，and HDL-C was significant higher than that of the atorvastatin group after treatment (P<0.01).baPWV levels between the two groups before treatment had no significant difference，baPWV levels of the rosuvastatin group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the atorvastatin group (P<0.01).Adverse reactions of the rosuvastatin group after treatment was 17.8%，and that of the atorvastatin group was 31.1%，the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion：The effect of rosuvastatin combined with regular exercise treatment of coronary heart disease is significant，and can significantly reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events，improve arterial stiffness in patients.
