2型糖尿病患者血清脂联素、胰岛素、C—反应蛋白、瘦素水平检测的临床意义(1)

     【摘要】 目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者血清脂联素、胰岛素、C-反应蛋白、瘦素水平变化的临床意义。方法:收集2013年12月-2015年1月本院收治的2型糖尿病患者130例作为观察组,收集同期来本院进行健康体检的健康研究对象52例作为对照组,从观察组中选取治疗的69例2型糖尿病患者,检测INS、h-CRP、Leptin、APN、INS-Ab、GAD-Ab,比较观察组和对照组,观察组治疗前后的变化差异。结果:观察组INS、h-CRP、Leptin高于对照组,APN低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组69例患者治疗后INS、h-CRP、Leptin、GAD-Ab低于治疗前,APN、INS-Ab高于治疗前,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:INS、h-CRP、Leptin可能与2型糖尿病的发生发展关系密切,对相关指标进行检测有利于2型糖尿病的早期诊断,及时的给予相应的措施治疗,使预后得到明显改善。

    Clinical Significance of Detection of Adiponectin,Insulin,C-reactive Protein,Leptin Levels in Type 2 Diabetic Patients /LIU Yi-ming.//Medical Innovation of China,2015,12(20):046-048

    【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of serum of adiponectin,insulin,the protein,C-reactive protein and leptin levels changes in patients with type 2 diabetes.Method:130 type 2 diabetic patients were collected during the December 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital as the observation group,and we collected 52 healthy persons as the control group and selected 69 cases from the observation group patients with type 2 diabetes and gave treatment,tested INS,h-CRP,Leptin,APN,INS-Ab,GAD-Ab,and the differences between the two groups were compared,and the observation group before treatment and after treatment were compared.Result:INS,h-CRP,Leptin of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,APN was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,INS,h-CRP,Leptin,GAD-Ab of 69 patients in the observation group were lower than before treatment,APN,INS-Ab were higher than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:INS,h-CRP,Leptin may be closely related to the development of type 2 diabetes,the relevant indicators for testing in favor of type 2 diabetes,early diagnosis and timely treatment given the appropriate measures to make the prognosis has been significantly improved.
