幽门螺杆菌感染与血糖代谢、血脂代谢指标的关系研究(1)

     【摘要】 目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染与血糖代谢、血脂代谢指标的关系。方法:回顾性分析2014年1月-2015年1月期间于本院体检的人群215例,根据13C呼气试验将体检者分为Hp阴性组(131例)和Hp阳性组(84例),全部受检者均于晨起采集静脉血液样本常规检测血脂、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和血糖水平,比较两组血糖、血脂代谢指标及与其相关的疾病发生率的差异。结果:Hp阳性组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖

    (2 h PG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均明显高于Hp阴性组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Hp阳性组甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)均明显高于Hp阴性组,Hp阳性组高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平明显低于Hp阴性组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Hp阳性组糖尿病、高TC血症和高LDL血症发生率均明显高于Hp阴性组,颈动脉硬化斑块形成率明显高于Hp阴性组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:幽门螺杆菌感染与血糖血脂代谢具有紧密的关系,Hp感染参与血糖代谢异常和血脂代谢异常相关性疾病的发生和发展。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationship between helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection and the indexes of glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism.Method:215 persons who received physical examination in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the 13C-breath test,they were divided into Hp negative group(131 cases) and Hp positive group(84 cases).Plasma lipid,glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and levels of blood glucose in the venous blood samples which were collected in the early morning were detected.Glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism indexes and the connection between diseases were compared between the two groups.Result:The levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial 2 hours blood glucose(2 h PG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC) and low density lipoprotein(LDL) of the Hp positive group were significantly higher than those of the Hp negative group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of high density lipoprotein (HDL) of the Hp positive group was significantly lower than that of the Hp negative group(P<0.05).In the Hp positive group,the incidence rates of diabetes mellitus,high serum TC and high LDL hyperlipidemia were significantly higher than those in the Hp negative group,the formation rate of carotid atherosclerosis plaque was significantly higher than that of the Hp negative group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Helicobacter pylori infection has a close relationship with blood glucose and lipids metabolism,it participates in the occurrence and development of the diseases related to abnormal blood glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism.
