【摘要】 卵巢癌是妇科恶性肿瘤病死率较高的疾病，严重威胁着女性的生命健康，只有深层次、多角度的研究其发生发展的机制，才能为其诊断和治疗开拓新的领域从而提高患者的总生存期。相关因子与卵巢癌关系的研究相对较多，其中Survivin因子是目前的研究热点。现通过回顾Survivin的特点及作用机制，总结其与卵巢癌的发生发展、血管生成、预后、化疗耐药等之间的相关性，有望为卵巢癌的研究及治疗提供帮助。
