【摘要】 癫痫是临床比较常见的一种神经元异常放电活动的疾病。已知有多种机制在癫痫的异常放电中起着重要作用，但是兴奋性谷氨酸神经元与突触连接引起的级联型激活是其中经典的机制。而AMPA受体更是在其中发挥着重要作用。本文主要从AMPA受体在癫痫治疗中的作用进行综述，为癫痫的临床治疗提供良好的基础。
