【摘要】 为有效增加机械通气撤机的成功率，进而减少患者痛苦。笔者通过阅读近几年的相关文献及报道，从机械通气撤机时患者的心理感受与护理措施等方面进行综述总结，以期能通过加强对患者心理的疏导及护理措施有效增加撤机成功率，进而真正达到机械通气的目的。
