【摘要】 肿瘤标志物的检测，对肺癌的早期诊断、临床分期、组织学分型、预后判断和疗效监测都具有重要价值。本文对癌胚抗原(CEA)、胃泌素释放肽前体(ProGRP)、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原(SCC)等肺癌肿瘤标志物的研究现状进行概述。
