【摘要】 目的：评价Nd：YAG激光和极固宁(局部脱敏剂)治疗牙本质过敏的疗效。方法：选取2014年3月-2015年3月于本院就诊的牙本质过敏症患者27例共135颗患牙为研究对象，以半口对照原则将每位患者左右两侧的患牙随机分为Nd：YAG激光组和极固宁组，Nd：YAG激光组共69颗患牙，极固宁组共66颗患牙。评价两组治疗后1、3、6个月的疗效。结果：Nd：YAG激光组和极固宁组均获得了较高的短期疗效，治疗1、3、6个月后，两组患者疗效比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：Nd：YAG激光和极固宁脱敏治疗均可有效改善因牙本质暴露所致的牙本质敏感症状，两种方法的短期疗效比较无明显差异。
