【摘要】 目的：探讨医护合作培训模式对提高骨科专科手术护士实践能力的应用成效。方法：研究组制定培训计划， 应用医护合作培训模式对骨科专科手术护士进行培训，与传统单纯护理培训进行对照(对照组)，比较两组培训后的专科理论知识、专业操作技能、骨科手术器械准备情况及手术医师对护士的满意度。结果：研究组专科理论考核成绩优良率与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，专业操作技能考核成绩、手术器械准备优良率均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)，骨科手术医师对研究组护士满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：医护合作培训模式对提高骨科专科手术护士的理论、专业操作技能水平、手术器械准备完整率及医师对手术护士的满意度有较高的价值，是一种值得推荐的在职培训方式。
