【摘要】 目的：探讨胫前软组织坏死采取简单、有效、安全的邻位皮瓣修复裸露骨组织及一次手术后裸露内植物的临床效果。方法：选择2014年2月-2015年6月本院应用邻位皮瓣修复胫前软组织缺损的6例患者，并与游离皮瓣手术比较。结果：5例患者随访3个月皮瓣生长和伤口愈合良好，无相关并发症。1例患者术后出现皮瓣远端部分坏死，伤口裂开，重新手术后伤口愈合。结论：应用邻位皮瓣修复裸露骨组织和一次手术后裸露内植物的办法简单、有效、安全、医疗费用较低。
