【摘要】 目的：探讨肺部真菌感染的发病因素、特点。方法：回顾分析2015年1-9月本院住院的64例肺部真菌感染患者的临床资料。结果：肺部真菌感染多见于老年人且多有器质性疾病；大多有用抗菌素史、糖皮质激素史及化疗、放疗史；症状以发热，咳嗽、咳痰为主，大多患者可闻及湿啰音；X线片表现以肺叶、肺段、小叶的肺实变为主，白细胞计数大多高于正常；原发性真菌感染少见且多为肺曲菌继发。结论：肺部真菌感染的发病原因有多种，加强护理对患者的预后具有重要意义。
