【摘要】 子宫内膜异位症盆腔疼痛是由炎症、伤害及神经源性质三大机制共同介导并产生，即神经末梢受各理化因素影响，通过传入神经到脊髓神经后根，再到大脑皮层，引起痛觉。本文对近年来国内外对子宫内膜异位症盆腔疼痛的机制方面研究进展作一综述。
