【摘要】 目的：探讨脱嘌呤/脱嘧啶核酸内切酶1(Apurinic/apyrimidinic endonuclease-1，APE1)在糖尿病心肌病(diabetic cardiomyopathy，DCM)患者血清的表达改变和意义。方法：收集对照、糖尿病和DCM患者血清，ELISA法检测血清APE1的表达，FAM荧光标记法检测血清APE1的酶活性。结果：与对照组、糖尿病组相比，DCM组患者血清APE1的表达明显增加，而其DNA核酸内切酶活性显著降低。结论：表达增加而DNA修复功能减退的APE1可能参与糖尿病心肌病的发病过程。
