综上所述，强化母乳喂养能满足早产儿生长发育的需求，提高免疫力，促进神经发育，同时保留母乳喂养的优势。本研究为指導出院后早产儿的强化母乳喂养提供有力依据，为改善早产儿的生长发育，实现追赶性生长提供参考喂养方案。
