【摘要】 目的：研究高血压合并冠心病行氨氯地平和阿托伐他汀钙联合治疗疗效及对预后的影响。方法：资料选取本院2015年4月-2016年4月收治的高血压合并冠心病105例患者予以回顾性地分析，按照治疗时所用不同治疗方案分成两组，对照组46例行单纯氨氯地平治疗，观察组59例行氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗，对两组疗效及预后情况进行对比。结果：观察组治疗后DBP、SBP、LDL-C、TG、TC值均较治疗前改善，其改善幅度优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：高血压合并冠心病患者行氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗能够促进血压与血脂指标水平改善，且不良反应少。
