【摘要】 目的：总结经皮长尾可折U型空心椎弓根钉系统内固定手术的围手术期配合。方法：对247例胸腰椎骨折患者行经皮长尾可折U型空心椎弓根钉系统内固定手术，同时加强围手术期配合。结果：247例患者手术顺利，皮肤切口均为甲级愈合，无感染、神经损伤、压疮等发生。结论：加强经皮长尾可折U型空心椎弓根钉系统治疗胸腰椎骨折的围手术期配合是手术成功的保证。
