综上所述，穴位埋线改良式针刺疗法，与传统针灸相比，因其作用时间长，简便、易行、安全、有效，价格低廉，近年来被临床医生应用于脑卒中偏瘫肢体痉挛的治疗，疗效显著，临床应用价值高。
