微信的延续性护理服务在喉癌术后患者的应用(1)

     【摘要】 目的:探讨微信的延续性护理服务在喉癌术后患者的应用及效果。方法:选取2015年

    9月-2016年9月本院收治确诊喉癌并进行全喉或部分喉切除手术患者56例,按住院号单、双分为观察组和对照组,各28例。两组患者住院期间均接受常规治疗及护理,对照组患者出院时按喉癌术后常规护理进行出院指导,观察组在给予喉癌术后常规护理指导的基础上,在出院后6个月内用微信进行延续性护理服务。比较两组患者在出院后6个月内的生活质量、对疾病知识掌握及满意度。结果:观察组患者出院1、3、6个月的生活质量、对疾病知识掌握及对护理工作满意度均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对喉癌术后出院患者实施微信的延续性护理服务,能有效解决患者出院后的护理问题,防止或降低各种并发症发生,提高患者生活质量,提高满意度。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application and effect of WeChat continuous nursing service in postoperative patients with laryngeal carcinoma.Method:56 patients were diagnosed with laryngeal carcinoma,and with surgical resection or partial laryngectomy,in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected,according to hospital number of single and double,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,28 cases in each group.The patients of two groups were hospitalized during the routine treatment and nursing,the control group was discharged from the hospital after the routine nursing care,on the basis of routine nursing instruction,the observation group received continuous nursing care in 6 months after discharge of WeChat.The quality of life after discharge,knowledge of disease and satisfaction in the hospital within 6 months of two groups were compared.Result:1,3,6 months after discharge,the quality of life,disease knowledge and satisfaction with nursing work of observation group were significantly better than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The continuing care for patients with laryngeal carcinoma after operation of WeChat,can effectively solve the problems of nursing care of patients after discharge,prevent or reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life of patients,improve the satisfaction.

    喉癌是耳鼻咽喉頭颈外科常见的恶性肿瘤,以鳞状细胞癌最为多见,好发于声门或声门上区,占耳鼻咽喉恶性肿瘤7.9%~35.0%[1],其发病率仍有增长趋势。手术切除是治疗喉癌的主要手段[2],其原则是在彻底切除肿瘤的前提下,尽可能保留或重建喉的功能,以提高患者生活质量[3]。根据喉肿瘤的生长部位和范围,选择喉部分切除术及全喉切除术,患者虽然在住院期间获得全面的治疗及护理,但出院后仍需要长期锻炼和康复护理,特别是带有气管套管回家或全喉切除术后的患者,出院后需要进行气管套管或气道造瘘口等自我护理,患者在进行自我护理时存在着对掌握疾病知识的缺陷性,易出现各种并发症。微信的延续护理是将护理从医院延伸至家庭,让出院的患者能持续性不间断的得到专业医护人员的健康指导,有效解决患者出院后的护理问题,提高生活质量[4]。本研究对2015年9月-2016年9月本院收治确诊喉癌并进行喉癌术后患者实施微信的延续性护理服务,取得很好的效果,现报告如下。, 百拇医药(韦永萍 韦连素 韦海萍 银星静)
