【摘要】 肾盂旁囊肿是肾脏囊性病变的一种特殊类型，因其解剖关系的特点，在疾病早期就可以对集合系统或肾蒂处血管产生挤压。与肾脏其他囊性疾病相比，应更加早期采取积极治疗措施。近年来，肾盂旁囊肿的组织学研究、诊断和治疗均取得了重大突破，文中从组织学、分型、诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗等方面对该病的现状进行综述。
