【摘要】 呼气末二氧化碳分压(PETCO2)值的变化及其对心肺脑复苏患者的预后的作用，逐渐受到国内外急诊及重症医学的重视。从基础研究到临床报道均表明PETCO2与CPR的预后密切相关，可作为心肺复苏的无创监测指标。2005年国际心肺复苏和心血管急救指南就把PETCO2列为CPR过程中能够评价CPR效果和预后的有用的一个无创监护手段，现将PETCO2监测原理、影响因素、在心肺脑复苏中的应用现状进行叙述。
