-0.59；P<0.05).50 cases of patients with severe hypoxia with severe OSAHS by n-CPAP treatment after 3 months，the main parameters of sleep and sleepiness scores than before treatment were obviously improved(P<0.05)，FT4 and TSH levels were increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion：Hypothyroidism is an important influence factor for sleepiness and blood lipid metabolism in patients with OSAHS.The treatment with n-CPAP can raise the level of thyroid hormone and improve clinical symptoms and disorder of lipid metabolism in patients with OSAHS.
