【摘要】 目的：分析综合护理干预在妊娠期高血压疾病患者产后护理中的应用价值。方法：对照分析本院86例妊娠期高血压疾病患者在不同护理方法下的临床效果。结果：在心理健康状况方面，护理前两组对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)，护理后观察组评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；在血压方面，两组产后24 h内血压对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)，产后24～48 h内、产后48 h后两组患者血压状况明显好转，观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；在并发症方面，观察组发生率为6.98%，对照组发生率27.91%，观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：综合护理在妊娠期高血压疾病患者产后护理的应用可有效改善患者心理状态，减少并发症，具有较高的应用价值，应在临床推广。
