参芪补肺汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺气虚证患者的临床疗效观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期肺气虚证患者采用参芪补肺汤治疗的临床效果。方法：临床纳入60例2013年8月-2016年8月本院收治的COPD稳定期肺气虚证患者作为研究对象。按随机排列表法分为两组，各30例。其中30例患者采用西医药物治疗作为对照组，另30例患者在上述基础上给予参芪补肺汤治疗作为观察组。观察两组患者治疗效果、肺功能情况、生活质量以及不良反应情况等。结果：观察组治疗总有效率高达96.67%，明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗前两组FVC、FEV1以及FEV1/FVC对比，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)，治疗后观察组FVC、FEV1以及FEV1/FVC均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组ADL、QOL评分比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)，治疗后观察组ADL、QOL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率仅为10.00%，与对照组的16.67%相比，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：对于COPD稳定期患者采用参芪补肺汤治疗效果显著，肺功能改善明显，生活质量提高，安全可靠，值得临床应用及推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the clinical effect of Shenqi Bufei Decoction of TCM in the treatment of Lung Qi deficiency syndrome for stable phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients.Method：60 stable phase of COPD patients complicated with Lung Qi deficiency syndrome treated from August 2013 to August 2016 in our hospital were selected.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups， 30 cases each group.The control group took the western medicine，on the basis of the control group，the observation group also took Shenqi Bufei Decoction of TCM.The clinical effect，pulmonary function，quality of life and adverse reactions of two groups were observed.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%) was

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD)是临床常见的慢性疾病之一，嚴重危害中老年群体[1]。COPD的临床特征为不完全可逆的气流受限，呈进展性，若不及时治疗，轻则引起肺功能下降，导致气喘、咳嗽等症状出现，重则出现全身反应，已引起专家学者的关注和重视[2-3]。COPD致残致死率较高，发病率呈逐年上升趋势，已成为公共卫生问题[4]。目前临床认为，如何有效阻止肺功能的恶化是治疗COPD的关键问题。虽然西医中治疗COPD的药物较多，但仅能延缓疾病的进展，不能有效改善肺功能[5-6]。随着中医对COPD研究的进展，国内学者发现采用参芪补肺汤对治疗肺气虚证的COPD患者具有较好效果，但缺乏随机对照研究和临床依据[7-8]。因此为进一步探讨参芪补肺汤对COPD稳定期肺气虚证患者的疗效，对本院收治的COPD稳定期肺气虚证患者进行上述治疗，观察治疗效果，现报道如下。, 百拇医药(沈建丽 余艺萍 叶超)
