结肠癌中p—mTOR、p—p70S6K的表达与临床病理意义(3)
本研究结果为进一步研究参与结肠癌细胞发生、侵袭、转移等的具体机制提供了一定的研究思路，同时联合检测结肠癌中p-mTOR及p-p70S6K蛋白的表达有利于了解结肠癌的生物學行为，为结肠癌的早期诊断、靶向治疗、预后判断提供了一个有效的靶点。
