【摘要】 随着表观遗传学研究的兴起，发现ATP依赖的染色质重塑复合物参与了基因转录的调控、染色质重塑、DNA的修复等多种生物学活动。目前许多研究表明，其在肺癌的发生发展过程中起了重要的作用。本综述着重讨论其在肺癌的早期诊断、治疗标靶以及预后标志物等潜在的临床应用研究进展。
