胆囊息肉样病变的CT增强及超声表现与病理结果的对照分析(3)
综上所述，CT增强和超声均能对胆囊息肉样病变做出较好的诊断。在胆囊息肉样病变良恶性鉴别及恶变风险预测上，CT增强优于超声；超声对良性病变病理分型的诊断价值更高。两种检查方法的综合利用，有助于更好地诊断和评估胆囊息肉样病变。随着CT增强和超声更深入的研究与应用，相信胆囊息肉样病变的影像学诊断及良恶性鉴别的准确度将进一步提高，这对于临床早期诊断与治疗及病情评估都具有非常重要的意义。
