【摘要】 “从胆论治”由“凡十一脏取决于胆”引申而来。“凡十一脏取决于胆”见于《内经》的《素问·六节藏象论》。人之机体以五脏为核心，其中心为君主之官，并未取决于之；肾乃先天之本，仍未取决于之；脾胃为后天之本，亦未取决于之。《内经》为何强调“十一脏取决于胆”？本文从胆与气血、脏腑的关系来解读“凡十一脏取决于胆”，进而在理论上探讨“从胆论治”与少儿推拿的关系及临床应用。
