【摘要】 中风后抑郁是中风后常见并发症，它不仅会产生情绪障碍且伴随多种躯体性症状，影响中风患者功能恢复，阻碍其回归社会的进程。近年来中风后抑郁的治疗以药物、心理疏导及康复训练等综合治疗为主，辅以针灸调节机体阴阳平衡，并且通过功能磁共振、免疫学等方法逐渐证实中医手段的有效性和安全性及较小副作用，值得临床推广。
