无保护会阴接生法与传统接生法对盆底功能的近期影响(1)
【摘要】 目的：深入對比分析无保护会阴接生法与传统接生法对盆底功能的近期影响。方法：收集本院2015年9月-2017年5月收治的100例符合接生标准的初产妇作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为A组和B组，各50例。A组采用传统接生法进行接生，B组采用无保护会阴接生法进行接生，对比两组产妇接生后的盆底功能情况以及对接生的满意情况。结果：B组产妇盆底肌力下降的发生率为8.00%，明显低于A组产妇的22.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组产妇压力性尿失禁的发生率为6.00%，明显低于A组产妇的20.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组产妇阴道压力异常的发生率为4.00%，明显低于A组产妇的24.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组产妇对接生的总满意率为96.00%，明显高于A组产妇的82.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：无保护会阴接生法对于产妇盆底功能带来的不良影响比较小，通过无保护会阴接生法的应用，能够减少产妇会阴部的撕裂等不良情况的发生，同时还能够提高产妇对接生的满意程度，对于产妇的后期恢复有十分积极的意义，因此可进行临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To compare and analyze the recent effects of unprotected perineum delivery method and traditional delivery method on pelvic floor function.Method：A total of 100 primipara in our hospital from September 2015 to May 2017 were enrolled in this study，they were randomly divided into group A and group B，according to random digital table method，50 cases in each group.Group A was treated with unprotected perineum delivery method， group B was treated with traditional delivery method.The pelvic floor function after delivery and the satisfaction of delivery between the two groups were compared.Result：The incidence of pelvic floor muscle strength decline in group B was 8.00%，which was significantly lower than 22.00% in group A，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of stress urinary incontinence in group B was 6.00%，which was significantly lower than 20.00% in group A，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of abnormal vaginal pressure in group B was 4.00%，which was lower than 24.00% in group A，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of parturient in group B was 96.00%，which was significantly higher than 82.00% in group A，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：The unprotected perineal delivery method has little adverse effect on the pelvic floor function of the parturient，the application of the unprotected perineal delivery method can reduce the occurrence of perineal tear and other adverse conditions in the parturient.At the same time，it can improve the degree of satisfaction of pregnant women with docking，which has a very positive significance for the later recovery of parturient，so it can be popularized and applied in clinic., 百拇医药(刘巍 彭静 余水萍)
