柚皮素抗乳腺癌作用机制的研究进展(3)
今后的研究方向應该是在了解其毒副作用、安全剂量及有效剂量等信息的基础上,进行更深入的分子机制研究。特别是靶向治疗及细胞信号通路方面的研究。可以更多地尝试以柚皮素为基础的化学修饰物,寻找一种对机体毒性及副作用最小而不影响其疗效的柚皮素衍生物,纳米材料的应用有望解决这一难题。此外,晚期乳腺癌患者大多已发生转移,柚皮素对肿瘤的迁移及侵袭方面的影响仍有重要研究价值。综上所述,柚皮素作为一种低毒性的天然提取物,其抗肿瘤作用应用前景广阔。
