地佐辛复合丙泊酚用于无痛宫腔镜手术中的临床研究(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨无痛宫腔镜手术应用地佐辛复合丙泊酚的麻醉效果。方法：选择本院2016年4月-2017年4月择期行宫腔镜手术的患者30例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组15例。观察组采取静注地佐辛0.1 mg/kg+静推丙泊酚2 mg/kg进行麻醉维持，对照组以等量生理盐水代替地佐辛+2 mg/kg丙泊酚重复以上操作。记录比较两组围术期麻醉效果。结果：观察组意识消失时(T1)、扩宫颈时(T2)和术后苏醒时(T3)平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)值均明显优于对照组同时点(P<0.05)。两组以上各时点血氧饱和度(SpO2)值比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组麻醉起效时间比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后意识恢复时间短与对照组(P<0.01)，丙泊酚总用量少与对照组(P<0.01)。观察组不良反应率6.7%与对照组33.3%比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：地佐辛复合丙泊酚麻醉应用于无痛宫腔镜手术中效果显著，安全可靠。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore anesthetic effect of Dezocine combined with Propofol in painless hysteroscopic surgery.Method：A total of 30 cases received hysteroscopic surgery in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2017 were divided into observation group and control group according to table of random numbers，15 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Dezocine 0.1 mg/kg by intravenous injection and intravenous Propofol 2 mg/kg by intravenous drip for anesthesia maintenance，and the control group was treated with equal volume normal saline replacing Dezocine and 2 mg/kg Propofol.The anesthetic effects of perioperative period were recorded and compared between the two groups.Result：MAP，HR of T1，T2，T3 in the observation group were significant better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistical significance in SpO2 between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no statistical significance in anesthesia onset time between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative consciousness recovery time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01)，the total amount of Propofol in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.01). There were no statistical significance in adverse reaction rate between the observation group 6.7% and the control group 33.3%(P>0.05).Conclusion：Dezocine combined with Propofol anesthesia is effect in painless hysteroscopic surgery，and it is safe and reliable.
