饮食干预在血液透析高磷血症患者护理中的效果观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：探討饮食干预在血液透析高磷血症患者护理中的效果。方法：回顾2016年1月-2017年5月84例血液透析高磷血症患者并分为两组，每组各42例。对照组采用常规护理干预，饮食组在对照组基础上增加饮食干预。比较两组血液透析患者高磷症状缓解总有效率，血液透析饮食认知、合理饮食行为、护理满意评分，干预前后患者血磷指标、血钙指标、钙磷乘积、生存质量各因子评分。结果：饮食组血液透析患者高磷症状缓解总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)，饮食组血液透析饮食认知、合理饮食行为、护理满意评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前两组血磷指标、血钙指标、钙磷乘积相近(P>0.05)；干预后饮食组血磷指标、血钙指标、钙磷乘积优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前两组生存质量各因子评分相近(P>0.05)；干预后饮食组生存质量各因子评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：饮食干预在血液透析高磷血症患者护理中的效果确切，可提升患者对合理饮食的认知和依从性，有效改善血磷指标、血钙指标、钙磷乘积情况，促进患者生存质量提高，患者对护理的满意度高，值得推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of dietary intervention on the nursing of hemodialysis patients with high phosphorus.Method：From January 2016 to May 2017，84 hemodialysis patients with high phosphorus were enrolled and divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing intervention， diet group based on the control group increased diet intervention.The total effective rate of hemodialysis patients with high phosphorus was compared.The hemodialysis diet cognition， reasonable dietary behavior and nursing satisfaction score were compared between before and after treatment.The phosphorus， calcium， phosphorus and calcium before and after hemodialysis patients’.Result：The total effective rate of high phosphorus in hemodialysis patients in the diet group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The hemodialysis diet cognition， reasonable dietary behaviors and nursing satisfaction scores in the diet group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum phosphorus， serum calcium and calcium-phosphorus products were similar(P>0.05).After intervention， the serum phosphorus， calcium and calcium-phosphorus products were better than the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention， the scores of quality of life in the two groups were similar(P>0.05).After intervention， the scores of quality of life in diet group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion：The diet intervention in the hemodialysis patients with high phosphorus in the effect of the exact care can improve patients’ cognition and compliance to a reasonable diet，and effectively improve the serum phosphorus， serum calcium， calcium and phosphorus products to promote patients with improved quality of life，patients with high satisfaction with the care，it is worthy of promoting application., 百拇医药(熊玉婉 田敏 唐安娜 江胜)
