鼻内窥镜下中鼻道联合泪前隐窝入路治疗上颌窦良性病变的疗效观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨分析鼻内窥镜下中鼻道联合泪前隐窝入路治疗上颌窦良性病变的效果。方法：选取本院耳鼻喉科2015年1月-2017年6月收治的68例上颌窦良性病变患者，按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，各34例。观察组给予鼻内窥镜下中鼻道联合泪前隐窝入路治疗，对照组给予鼻内镜中鼻道联合上颌窦根治术入路治疗。比较两组患者手术指标、临床疗效、并发症发生率和复发率。结果：观察组上颌窦囊肿、鼻内翻性乳头状瘤的手术时间、住院时间均短于對照组，术中出血量均少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后复发率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：鼻内窥镜下中鼻道联合泪前隐窝入路治疗上颌窦良性病变，在手术过程中可充分暴露视野，缩短手术时间、减少术中出血，提高临床疗效，降低术后并发症，促进患者恢复，值得推广。

Effect Observation of Middle Nasal Meatus Combined with Prelacrimal Approach in Treatment of Benign Lesions of Maxillary Sinus under Nasal Endoscopic/XU Chunlai，ZOU Hengying.//Medical Innovation of China，2018，15(14)：016-019
【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of middle nasal meatus combined with prelacrimal approach in treatment of benign lesions of maxillary sinus under nasal endoscopic.Method：A total of 68 cases with benign lesions of maxillary sinus in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 were selected，they were divided into observation group and control group according to table of random numbers，34 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with middle nasal meatus combined with prelacrimal approach under nasal endoscopic.The control group was treated with middle nasal meatus combined with maxillary sinus radical operation under nasal endoscopic.The operation indexes，clinical curative effect，complication rate and relapse rate were compared between the two groups.Result：The operative time and hospitalization time of maxillary sinus cyst and nasal inverted papilloma in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group，and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy in observation group was better than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion：The middle nasal meatus combined with prelacrimal approach in treatment of benign lesions of maxillary sinus under nasal endoscopic，it can fully expose the field of vision，shorten the operation time，reduce the intraoperative bleeding，improve the clinical curative effect and reduce the postoperative complications，promote patient recovery，it is recommended to promote in the clinic., 百拇医药(徐春来 邹恒英)
