【摘要】 颈动脉粥样硬化是急性脑梗死的主要危险因素之一。超声是检测颈动脉斑块的重要且有效手段，具有无创、快捷、空间分辨率高等优势，且近年来超声技术发展迅速，使其在颈动脉斑块的早期诊断及随访等方面均发挥重要作用。本文就超声评价颈动脉斑块稳定性的应用进展做一综述。
