认知行为治疗技术在康复期精神分裂症患者心理护理中的应用(1)
【摘要】 目的：探討认知行为治疗(CBT)技术在康复期精神分裂症患者心理护理中的应用效果。方法：选取2016年1-12月本院收治的康复期精神分裂症患者150例。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(常规护理)、观察1组(常规护理+应用CBT技术的心理护理)、观察2组(心理治疗师进行的CBT)，各50例。比较入组时及干预4、8周三组护士用住院患者观察量表(NOSIE)、简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)的评分情况。结果：入组时，三组患者的BPRS、NOSIE、HAMD、HAMA评分比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；干预4、8周，观察1、2组BPRS、NOSIE、HAMD、HAMA评分均显著优于入组时及对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)，而观察1、2组同时段上述指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：CBT技术在康复期精神分裂症患者心理护理中应用的效果显著，经培训的高年资护士按心理护理程序对患者实施心理护理与心理治疗师进行的心理治疗取得相同的效果。

【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the application value of cognitive-behavioral therapy(CBT) in the mental nursing for convalescent schizophrenia patients.Method：A total of 150 convalescent schizophrenia patients treated in our hospital January to December 2016 were selected.According to the random number table method，they were divided into control group(conventional nursing care)，observation 1 group(conventional nursing+mental nursing with CBT technique)，observation 2 group(CBT by psychological therapist)，50 cases in each group.The Nurses’ Observation Scale Inpatient Evaluation(NOSIE)，Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)，Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)，Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) entering group and after treatment 4，8 weeks between two group were compared.Result：Entering group，the scores of BPRS，NOSIE，HAMD and HAMA in three groups were compared，the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment 4 and 8 weeks，the scores of BPRS，NOSIE，HAMD and HAMA in observation 1 and 2 groups were significantly better than those of entering group and control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The above indexes at the same time in observation 1 and 2 group were compared，the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion：The CBT technique is of great importance in the mental nursing for convalescent schizophrenia patients，and the trained senior nurses implement psychological nursing for patients according to psychological nursing procedure has the same effect as psychotherapist in clinical practice.
