中药序贯周期联合电针治疗脾肾两虚型卵巢储备功能下降的效果观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：探討分析中药序贯周期联合电针治疗脾肾两虚型卵巢储备功能下降的效果。方法：选取2015年1月-2017年9月本院妇产科收治的78例脾肾两虚型卵巢储备功能下降患者，按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组，各39例。观察组患者给予中药序贯周期联合电针治疗，对照组患者给予西药常规治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后血清激素水平、Kupperman评分。结果：观察组患者临床总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者血清卵泡雌激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)，治疗后，两组血清FSH、LH均低于治疗前，E2水平均高于治疗前，且治疗后观察组患者血清激素水平均较对照组改善显著，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者Kupperman评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，治疗后，两组Kupperman评分均低于治疗前，且观察组治疗后Kupperman评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中药序贯周期联合电针治疗脾肾两虚型卵巢储备功能下降效果显著，促进患者血清激素水平和临床症状的改善，且安全性较高，值得推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of sequential cycle of traditional Chinese medicine combined with electro-acupuncture treatment on the decline of ovarian reserve in patients with spleen and kidney deficiency.Method：From January 2015 to September 2017，78 patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney and deficiency of both spleen and kidney were treated in gynecology and obstetrics department of our hospital，they were divided into observation group and control group.Patients in the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine sequential cycles combined with electro-acupuncture，patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment.The clinical efficacy，serum hormone levels and Kupperman scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Result：The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum FSH，LH，E2 levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05)，after treatment，the levels of serum FSH and LH in the two groups were decreased significantly，E2 levels increased significantly，and the serum hormone levels in the observation group improved more significantly(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Kupperman scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05)，after treatment，the Kupperman scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment，and the Kupperman scores in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion：The sequential cycle of Chinese medicine combined with electro-acupuncture treatment of spleen and kidney deficiencies in ovarian reserve function is significantly reduced，and promote the improvement of serum hormone levels and clinical symptoms， and the safety is higher，it is recommended to promote the clinical., 百拇医药(刘凯娅 覃秋萍)
