团体心理咨询运用于护士减压训练中的价值评价(1)
【摘要】 目的：观察并分析针对护士减压训练，将团体心理咨询应用于其中所产生的价值。方法：选取本院350名护士为调查对象，以问卷调查方式研究护士心理資本跟职业倦怠及离职意愿之间的相关性；从中选取自愿参与团体心理辅导减压训练的护士25名作为研究对象，形成固定心理辅导团体小组，并与其签订辅导设置知情告知书，开展团体心理咨询课程，通过焦虑、抑郁自评量表、心理资本问卷、团体成员主观评估表来进行评价。结果：团体心理咨询干预2周后，与干预前1周比较，25名护士的SAS、SDS评分均有所降低；干预6周后，SAS、SDS评分均明显降低，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预2周后，护士的心理资本问卷评分有所升高；干预6周后，心理资本问卷评分明显升高，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预2周后，护士的各项主观评估值得分均有所升高；干预6周后，各项主观评估值得分均升高明显，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在护士减压训练中，予以团体心理咨询课程，效果明显，有效舒缓了护士的压力，且提升了护士的心理素质，值得积极推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe and analyze the value of applying group psychological counseling to nurses’ stress reduction training. Method：A total of 350 nurses in our hospital were selected to investigate the correlation between nurses’ psychological capital and job burnout and turnover intention by questionnaire.A total of 25 nurses who volunteered to participate in group psychological counseling and stress reduction training were selected as research objects to form a fixed psychological counseling group，and to sign a counseling set informed notice to carry out a group psychological counseling course.The self-rating anxiety scale，self-rating depression scale，psychological capital questionnaire and the subjective evaluation form of group members were evaluated.Result：After the group psychological counseling intervention 2 weeks，the SAS and SDS scores of 25 nurses decreased slightly；after intervention 6 weeks，the SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than those before intervention 1 week，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention 2 weeks，the scores of psychological capital questionnaire of nurses were increased slightly；after intervention 6 weeks，the psychological capital questionnaire scores was significantly higher than that before intervention 1 week，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention 2 weeks，the scores of subjective evaluation of nurses increased slightly；after intervention 6 weeks，the scores of subjective evaluation was significantly higher than that before intervention 1 week，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion：In nurses’ stress reduction training，the effect of group psychotherapy counseling courses is obvious，which can effectively relieve the pressure of nurses and improve the psychological quality of nurses，it is worth actively promoting.
