【摘要】 目的：探讨儿童恒前牙冠折露髓患儿不良预后的危险因素。方法：选取2014年1月-2017年12月本院收治的恒前牙冠折露髓患儿82例。按照预后结果将其分为预后良好组(n=67)与预后不良组(n=15)。患儿均采用行活髓切断术治疗，分析患儿不良预后的影响因素。结果：预后良好组露髓孔直径>1 mm、口腔溃疡、牙髓暴露时间>24 h、牙龈炎及牙周炎例数与预后不良组比较，差异均有统计学意义(字2=9.160、6.200、11.260、6.090、5.690，P=0.003、0.013、0.000、0.014、0.017)；多因素分析显示，牙髓暴露时间>24 h、牙龈炎及牙周炎均是患儿不良预后的影响因素(P=0.001、0.000、0.000)。结论：牙髓的暴露时间及口腔疾病是儿童恒前牙冠折露髓出现不良预后的危险因素。
