U0126对急性白血病细胞HL—60增殖与凋亡的影响(3)

     综上所述,5、10、20 μmol/L的U0126能显著提高HL-60细胞增殖抑制率,具有时间及剂量依赖,同时U0126能使HL-60细胞核发白、皱染,降低细胞增殖率,使细胞周期阻滞于G1期,能显著下调PCNA与Survivin的表达,上调p21与p27,此过程与降低ERK1/2磷酸化水平有关。
