【摘要】 目的：探究乳腺癌患者腫瘤标志物的检测及其意义。方法：选取2015年2月-2018年2月本院90例乳腺癌患者为观察1组、90例良性乳腺疾病患者为观察2组、同期90例来院行健康体检者为对照组。研究对象均检测血清肿瘤相关物质(TAM)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原153(CA153)，比较三组肿瘤标志物水平、阳性检出率，比较不同分期乳腺癌患者肿瘤标志物水平，分析乳腺癌分期与肿瘤标志物的相关性。结果：观察1组TAM、CEA、CA125、CA153水平均高于观察2组和对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察1组TAM、CEA、CA125、CA153阳性检出率均高于观察2组和对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；Ⅳ期组TAM、CEA、CA125、CA153水平均高于其他三组，比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；相关性分析显示，TAM、CEA、CA125、CA153表达水平均与乳腺癌分期呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论：对乳腺癌患者应用电化学发光免疫分析法检验肿瘤标志物具有较好的效果，有助于医师对患者病情进行鉴别诊断。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the detection and significance of tumor markers in breast cancer patients.Method：90 patients with breast cancer in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2018 were selected as observation 1 group，90 patients with benign breast disease as observation 2 group，and 90 patients who came to our hospital for health examination during the same period as control group.The serum tumor related substances(TAM)，carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)，carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)，carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153) were detected in all the subjects.The levels and positive detection rates of tumor markers in three groups were compared，the levels of tumor markers in breast cancer patients at different stages were analyzed，the correlation between staging of breast cancer and tumor markers was analyzed.Result：The levels of TAM，CEA，CA125 and CA153 in observation 1 group were higher than those of observation 2 group and control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of TAM，CEA，CA125 and CA153 in observation 1 group were higher than those of observation 2 group and control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TAM，CEA，CA125 and CA153 in stage Ⅳ group were higher than those of other three groups，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The correlation analysis showed that the expression levels of TAM，CEA，CA125 and CA153 were positively correlated with the stage of breast cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion：The application of electrochemiluminescent immunoassay in the detection of tumor markers in breast cancer patients has a good effect，which is helpful for doctors to differentiate and diagnose the patients'condition.
