【摘要】 老年抑郁症是指60岁以上人群出现的抑郁症状，由于人群的特殊性，抑郁的核心症状不典型，而表现为焦虑、激越、精神病性症状、认知功能障碍、自杀、睡眠障碍和躯体不适等。抗抑郁药是老年抑郁的主要药物治疗手段，大多数抗精神病药在这一人群中的应用也得到了广泛关注。结合实际情况，本文全面分析非典型抗精神药治疗老年抑郁症的安全性和有效性，为相关研究人员提供参考资料。
