【摘要】 复发性流产(RSA)一直是妇产科常见病、疑难病，也是生殖内分泌领域的难题。中医药治疗子宫动脉血流阻力增高复发性流产具有疗效佳、副作用小等优势，现就近年来中医药治疗子宫动脉血流阻力增高复发性流产的研究进展进行综述。

    【Abstract】 Recurrent abortion(RSA)has always been a common disease in obstetrics and gynecology，and a difficult problem in the field of reproductive endocrine.Chinese medicine of recurrent abortion with increased blood flow resistance in uterine artery has a advantages of good efficacy，small side effects and so on.
