仪器设备使用维护视频在手术室培训中的应用(1)
【摘要】 目的：分析仪器设备使用维护视频在手术室培训工作中的应用效果。方法：选取2015年6月-2016年11月在本院手术室进行培训的68名实习生和进修生作為对照组，2016年12月-2017年5月在本院手术室进行培训的71名实习生和进修生作为观察组。对照组按常规方式进行培训，观察组在常规培训方式的基础上使用仪器设备使用维护视频。比较两组培训前后仪器设备使用和维护评分、对培训的满意度，主刀医生对培训前后仪器设备使用的满意度。结果：培训后，观察组仪器设备使用和维护评分均高于对照组，总满意率高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);主刀医生对培训后的仪器设备使用总满意率高于培训前(P<0.05)。结论：仪器设备使用维护视频能有效地提高实习生或进修生对手术室仪器设备的使用和维护效果，并提升手术医生满意度。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the effect of video of instrument and equipment maintenance in operating room training.Method：A total of 68 interns and trainees trained in the operating room of our hospital from June 2015 to November 2016 were selected as the control group，71 interns and trainees trained in the operating room of our hospital from December 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the observation group.The control group received routine training，on the basis of routine training，the observation group used the video of instrument and equipment maintenance.The scores of instrument and equipment use and maintenance before and after training and the satisfaction of training between two groups were compared，the satisfaction of chief knife doctors with the use of instruments and equipment before and after training was compared.Result：After training，the use and maintenance scores of instruments and equipment in the observation group were higher than those of control group，and the total satisfaction rate was higher than that of control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of chief knife doctors with the use of instruments and equipment after training was higher than that of before training(P<0.05).Conclusion：Video of instrument and equipment maintenance can effectively improve the use and maintenance effect of instruments and equipment in operating room for interns or trainees，and improve the satisfaction of surgeons.

手术室是进行手术治疗和救治急危重症患者的主要场所，随着医疗水平的不断提升，越来越多的现代化医疗仪器设备被应用到手术治疗患者中[1-3]。本院为一所综合性医院，手术种类繁多，仪器设备多，人员结构不一，若未妥善使用和维护，极易出现损坏，进而影响到手术的顺利实施。视频教学法依靠摄像仪器进行视频的录制，学生通过视频播放能不断的回顾分析，并纠错和评估，从而提升教学效果，在临床较为常用[4-6]。笔者所在科室制作仪器设备使用维护视频，并应用到手术室的培训工作中，现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
