【摘要】 心力衰竭是当今社会严重威胁人类健康及生存的疾病之一，是心血管疾病的最后战场。近些年来红细胞分布宽度与心力衰竭之间的关系备受关注，众多研究表明红细胞分布宽度与心力衰竭的发生、严重程度、预后有密切的关系。本文就红细胞分布宽度与心力衰竭之间的关系及红细胞分布宽度升高的机制予以综述。
