前外侧与后外侧入路小切口髋关节置换术对老年股骨颈骨折患者术后并发症、关节功能及患者满意度的影响(1)
【摘要】 目的：分析前外側和后外侧路小切口髋关节置换术对老年股骨颈骨折患者术后并发症、关节功能、患者满意度的影响。方法：选择2014年9月-2017年9月本院收治的70例老年股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将患者均分为对照组和试验组，各35例。试验组患者给予后外侧路小切口髋关节置换术，对照组患者选择前外侧小切口髋关节置换术。分析两组患者的Harris评分情况，对比两组患者的术后并发症和临床满意度。结果：两组患者术后6个月的髋关节Harris评分均显著高于术前(P<0.05);且术后6个月，试验组患者的Harris评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者的髋关节功能恢复的优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)，术中出血量、术后引流量均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)，术后满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)，但两组患者的并发症发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：对
股骨颈患者进行后外侧小切口髋关节置换术治疗的临床效果较为显著，安全性很高，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the effects of anterolateral and posterolateral mini-incision hip arthroplasty on postoperative complications，joint function and patient satisfaction in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Method：70 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2017 were selected，according to the random number table method，patients were divided into control group and experimental group，35 cases in each group.Patients in the experimental group were treated with posterior lateral small incision hip arthroplasty，while patients in the control group were treated with anterior lateral small incision hip arthroplasty.Harris scores of the two groups were analyzed，and postoperative complications and clinical satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result：6 months after surgery，the Harris scores of the hip joints of the two groups were significantly higher than those before surgery(P<0.05);6 months after surgery，Harris score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of hip joint function recovery in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05)，intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05)，and postoperative satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05)，however，there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion：The posterolateral small incision hip arthroplasty for femoral neck patients has obvious clinical effect and high safety，which is worthy of clinical promotion.
