【摘要】 血管穿刺技术是临床麻醉实践教学中重要的环节，传统的解剖定位对于解剖变异等特殊情况，导致盲穿的并发症较多。随着可视化超声技术在临床麻醉中的广泛应用，血管穿刺置管可以采用超声引导下进行，这样可以显著提高穿刺成功率，降低相关并发症。可视化超声技术不仅丰富麻醉教学资源，同样加强了学习者的兴趣，进而显著提高临床麻醉教学的安全性和教学效果，此项超声可视化血管穿刺技术值得临床教学推广。
